Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship our packages using UPS Mail Innovations and UPS Worldwide (Mail Innovations may switch to USPS for the last mile and delivery). Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
We're asking our customers to please allow 7-14 business days for tracking updates & delivery for domestic orders (this does not include weekends or holidays). Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and the US Virgin Islands may experience longer shipping times.
Please note that all mail destined for military installations may have unique transportation and handling requirements which can result in extended delivery times for each class of mail. The reasonable time for transit for priority mail items is a minimum of 21 days from the date of mailing. Per USPS, if not received after 45 days you may file a claim online at www.usps.com.
 
Additional conditions to consider:
  • Once an order has been submitted into our system, we cannot cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order.We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.
  • If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
  • If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. We do not reship orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.
  • Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat shipping fee which covers duties, fees, and taxes. Once your package reaches customs in Canada, it is handled by Canada Post.

 

Returns:

Lume Deodorant is clinically proven to block 100% of body odor all day and continues to control odor for 72 hours. If you are still noticing breakthrough odor within the first 4 days of using Lume, the most likely culprit is biofilm trapped in the fibers of your clothing that may reduce your odor-free interval. If despite your best efforts Lume isn’t what you’d hoped, we would love to see how we can help! We encourage you to reach out to our customer service experts by contacting [email protected]. Lume products are unexpectedly effective and we want to make sure you have the opportunity to experience their efficacy before giving up too soon!

Return Policy:

We allow customers to return their Lume products within 60 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method only. *For orders that include a boxed sampler pack of multiple mini items, please note that all mini products must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

To submit a return request, please visit our Returns Center. Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.

You will need the following information to request a return:
  • Order Number - Your Order Number can be found in your order confirmation email and starts with an S.
  • Email Address - You’ll need to provide the email that was used to place your Lume order.

All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return. If a customer does not use our company-issued return label and return procedure, their return will not be processed and a refund will not be issued.

You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days of our returns department receiving it.  We monitor all returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • Refunds do not include the original shipping cost (if applicable).
  • Refunds will only be issued back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For orders that include a bundle, you will be refunded the discounted purchase price of the items that are eligible for return.
  • International orders do not qualify for a return/refund.
  • If your order was placed through Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon  directly to inquire about their return/refund procedure.
